Tekirdağ Süleymanpaşa Değirmenaltı is one of the oldest and most developed neighborhoods of Süleymanpaşa, the central district of Tekirdağ. The neighborhood is located on the shores of the Sea of Marmara and has many cultural and natural beauties such as historical mills, mosques, bazaars and parks. The population of the neighborhood is around 20 thousand and consists mostly of tradesmen, civil servants and pensioners.
